Saw a long queue at the shop on our way to Kaiyukan. We told ourselves hopefully the queue will die down after we finished with the sea-aquarium and we got the place to ourselves. Truly enjoyed the fluffy home-made pancakes with peaches

We ordered the chocolate banana pancakes, along with the black sesame and ramune drinks. The pancakes were very amazing, especially considering I dont normally like them! We each really liked one drink and disliked the other (though we didn't get the whale charm with our ramune drink). Overall, very kind staff and nice seating area, and we enjoyed the things we ordered for ourselves.

We stopped by Mother Moon Café Tempozan after visiting the Osaka Aquarium, and it was such a pleasant surprise! The location is super convenient — just a short walk from the aquarium — and the atmosphere inside is cozy and relaxing. I ordered the pancake, and it was absolutely amazing. So soft and fluffy, with just the right amount of sweetness — not overly sugary, which I really appreciated. It felt perfectly balanced and comforting. I also tried their matcha drink, and it was just as impressive. Rich, bold matcha flavor with a creamy texture — if you love matcha, this one’s for you. This spot is definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area. Great flavors, relaxing vibes, and a perfect place to unwind after sightseeing. I’ll definitely be back!

Nice small cafe right next to the aquarium. We tried the curry and the rice bowl- both were great! We also tried some of the sodas, super sweet and refreshing on a hot day!

Next to the aquarium it is not too expensive. Yummy food and drinks. It is somewhat noisy. The drinks are designed after sea animals like jellyfish and whale shark. I waited here for my time slot with the cooling air fan at my back and had an Macadamia Nut Pancake and a Jellyfish Pink Soda.

Cozy little cafe, slightly overpriced but totally worth it. Loved the peaceful vibe and the adorable whale shark–themed drink—made the visit extra special. Pancakes and other food were tasty, perfect spot to chill and unwind.
